Intermec CK3 Device Setup

Warning

If you are rebuilding an existing device, you must perform a clean boot on the device first. Refer to Clean Booting the CK3 under "Intermec CK3".

Steps 1 to 2 - Initial Setup

You can build a device from an out-of-the-box scenario for use in a Micronet environment. To do this:

Power up the unit.

Ensure that the PDA has the battery installed and charged. Upon powering on the unit, a series of applications will run and install after boot-up. This takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Please wait patiently until all orange boxes have stopped popping up on the screen.

If the ITE program displays, it must be disabled.

Click Exit. Put in password cr52401 when prompted then click ok.

Click START | SETTINGS.

Select the System tab then select Intermec Settings.

Expand out Expand Applications > ITE.

Tick “NO Auto-start”.

Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen

Stay in Intermec Settings.
